Abi Williams - Founder & Head of Growth

I am passionate about driving positive & sustainable growth in people, businesses, and processes. Having spent over 17 years in companies like Oracle, Meta, LinkedIn, Pluralsight, and Udemy, I have excelled in improving bottom and top-line performance in SMB segments globally.

Most recently, I grew an SMB business unit from $2M ARR to $25M ARR in just over 2 years. I have also coached several startups in Techstars to help guide their strategy and growth. As an operating partner, I understand the challenges and strategies for success across large enterprise, SMBs and start-ups.
